Description:
A vintage Jaeger-LeCoultre dress watch dating from the 1950s, featuring a 33.5mm stainless-steel case, silvered dial and central seconds hand.

The silvered dial features an outer minute track with applied alternating white-metal Arabic numerals and dart-shaped baton hour markers. The watch is fitted with steel dagger-style hands with luminous inserts and a centre-seconds hand.

The stainless-steel case features a fixed smooth bezel and screw-down caseback, with the case numbered 677942. The watch is powered by a mechanical, hand-wound Jaeger-LeCoultre Cal. P800/C movement, numbered 1195009.

The watch is fitted with a later replacement generic brown leather strap with a steel pin buckle. The strap is not original to the watch.

The dial displays visible signs of age, including patination and spotting, consistent with its vintage condition. The case also shows scratches and marks from previous use, as visible in the photographs. These characteristics have been retained and are part of the watch's original vintage appearance.

Recommended Repairs (if applicable):
We would recommend having the movement inspected and serviced by a qualified watchmaker if required. The current brown leather strap is a later replacement and shows signs of age and wear; replacement may be considered depending on the buyer's preference.
