1. About These Terms
1.1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of jztwatches.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. They apply to every visitor, registered user and customer.
1.2. The Site is operated by Juszt Watches Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 17296372, whose registered office is:

References in these Terms to "we", "us" or "our" mean Juszt Watches Ltd; "you" or "your" means the person using the Site or placing an order.
1.3. By browsing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
1.4. Our use of personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract.
2.2. If you create an account, you are responsible for:
keeping your login details confidential;
all activity that occurs under your account; and
notifying us promptly at info@jztwatches.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
2.3. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, the account is being used fraudulently, or we are required to do so by law.
3. Products and Descriptions
3.1. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications and prices on the Site are accurate. However:
colours and finishes may vary slightly from images due to screen display and photography;
minor variations in dimensions, weight or materials may occur, particularly for handcrafted or limited-run items; and
we may occasionally correct genuine pricing or description errors, even after an order has been placed, as set out in section 5.
3.2. We may change, discontinue or update the products we offer at any time without notice, without affecting orders already accepted.
3.3. Where stock is limited or a product is made to order, availability and estimated lead times will be shown on the relevant product page.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices on the Site are shown in the currency stated at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable UK taxes.
4.2. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.
4.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
4.4. Payment is taken through the payment provider(s) made available at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.
4.5. If a payment cannot be verified, is declined, or is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, we may decline or cancel an order. See also section 6 of our Privacy Policy on automated fraud and payment decisions.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
5.1. Placing an order through the Site is an offer to buy the product(s) in your basket. We may accept or decline that offer.
5.2. A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email or message confirming that we have accepted your order. An automated acknowledgement of receipt is not acceptance.
5.3. We may decline or cancel an order (in whole or part), including after acceptance, where:
the product is unexpectedly unavailable or out of stock;
there is an error in the price or description shown on the Site;
we suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms; or
we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).
5.4. You are responsible for checking that the order details (including product, size/specification, and delivery address) are correct before completing checkout.
6. Delivery
6.1. We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown on the Site or in your order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by matters outside our control.
6.2. Risk in a product passes to you when it is delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
6.3. If a delivery is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the delay.
6.4. If you are not present to receive a delivery requiring a signature, our courier's own procedures for re-delivery or collection will apply.
6.5. Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us at info@jztwatches.com as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of delivery.
7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts)
7.1. If you are a consumer buying from within the UK, you generally have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving your product.
7.2. To cancel, contact us at info@jztwatches.com with your order number before the cancellation period ends. You must then return the product to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
7.3. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging with all tags, boxes, papers and accessories included. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or was mis-described.
7.4. We will refund the price paid (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned item back, or of you providing evidence that it has been sent, whichever is earlier. We may make a deduction from the refund for any reduction in the product's value caused by unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to check its nature and features.
7.5. The right to cancel does not apply to products that are personalised, made to your specification, or which have been unsealed in a way that makes them unsuitable for return for hygiene or security reasons (for example, certain strap or case-back seals), except where the product is faulty.
7.6. This section does not affect your other statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to faulty or mis-described goods.
8. Warranty and Faulty Goods
8.1. Watches sold through the Site come with a manufacturer's or retailer's warranty as described on the relevant product page, covering manufacturing defects for the stated period from the date of purchase.
8.2. The warranty does not cover:
normal wear and tear (including strap, glass or case wear);
water damage where the product has not been used within its stated water-resistance rating;
damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification; or
battery replacement, unless the product is still within a battery-specific warranty period.
8.3. If your watch develops a fault, contact info@jztwatches.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will advise whether the item should be returned for inspection, repair or replacement.
8.4. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
9. Repairs and Servicing
9.1. Where we offer repair or servicing for a watch (whether purchased from us or elsewhere), separate terms, timeframes and charges will be confirmed to you before the work begins.
9.2. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear identified once a watch is opened for repair, but we will inform you before carrying out any work beyond the original request.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography and the Juszt Watches name and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
10.2. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
10.3. Any trade marks, logos or brand names of third parties (for example, manufacturers or component suppliers) referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.
11. Reviews and User Content
11.1. If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to the Site ("User Content"), you confirm that it is your own original work, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
11.2. By submitting User Content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display and adapt it in connection with operating and promoting the Site and our products.
11.3. We may (but are not obliged to) moderate, edit, decline to publish, or remove User Content, including where it is inaccurate, offensive, unlawful, or breaches these Terms.
12. Acceptable Use
12.1. You must not use the Site to:
break any applicable law or regulation;
infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
submit false, fraudulent or misleading information, including in connection with an order or payment; or
interfere with the proper working of the Site, including through scraping, bots or automated data collection without our permission.
12.2. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone we reasonably believe has breached this section.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
13.1. The Site may link to or use third-party services, including payment providers, delivery couriers and social-media platforms. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
13.2. You should review the relevant third party's own terms and privacy notice before using their service.
14. Liability
14.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
14.2. Subject to section 14.1, if we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure, but we are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any loss relating to business use (loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity), since the Site is provided for consumer use.
14.3. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
15. Suspension and Termination
15.1. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Site or an account, without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or to protect the security or integrity of the Site.
15.2. Termination of your account does not affect any order already accepted or any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
16. Changes to These Terms
16.1. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, payment or delivery arrangements, or legal and regulatory requirements.
16.2. The version of these Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order. The latest version will always be published on the Site with a revised date.
16.3. Where a change is material, we may notify you by email or through your account where we hold appropriate contact details.
17. Complaints and Disputes
17.1. If you have a complaint about an order or about the Site, please contact us first at info@jztwatches.com so we can investigate and try to resolve it.
17.2. We will acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them without undue delay.
17.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, and you are a UK consumer, you may be able to use the EU/UK Online Dispute Resolution platform or an alternative dispute resolution provider, where applicable. This does not affect your right to bring a claim through the courts.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
18.1. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
18.2. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
19. General
19.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
19.2. If we do not immediately enforce any part of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
19.3. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site and any order.
