We use identity, contact, account and technical information to:
· provide and maintain the Site;
· create and manage customer accounts;
· keep users signed in;
· remember account and basket information;
· provide website security; and
· respond to technical problems.
Our lawful bases are the performance of a contract, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure and effective online business.
4.2. Processing orders
We use identity, contact, order, transaction and payment information to:
· accept and confirm orders;
· take and verify payment;
· arrange delivery;
· provide order updates;
· issue invoices and receipts;
· process cancellations, returns and refunds;
· administer warranties;
· arrange repairs or servicing; and
· provide customer support.
Our principal lawful basis is the performance of our contract with you or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We may also process this information to comply with legal obligations relating to accounting, taxation, consumer protection, product safety, fraud and record keeping.
4.3. Customer enquiries and complaints
We use contact and communications information to:
· answer product and availability questions;
· respond to customer-service enquiries;
· investigate complaints;
· resolve delivery or payment problems; and
· maintain appropriate records of the matter.
Our lawful bases are the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in providing customer service and resolving disputes.
4.4. Fraud prevention and Site security
We may process transaction, technical, device, payment and verification information to:
· detect and prevent fraud;
· protect customer accounts;
· prevent unauthorised access;
· investigate suspicious transactions;
· manage chargebacks;
· protect our property and systems; and
· establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

· prepare tax returns;
· respond to lawful requests from authorities;
· comply with court orders;
· comply with consumer-protection and product-safety obligations; and
· establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Our lawful basis is compliance with legal obligations and, where relevant, our legitimate interests in managing and protecting the business.
4.6. Improving the Site and our services
We may use technical, usage, order and customer-feedback information to:
· understand how the Site is used;
· diagnose errors;
· improve navigation and checkout;
· assess product demand;
· improve customer service;

· moderate inappropriate or fraudulent content;
· respond to feedback;
· improve products and customer service; and
· promote Juszt Watches.
Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in obtaining and publishing customer feedback and, where appropriate, your consent.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in managing and protecting the business and, where relevant, compliance with legal obligations.
5. Marketing Communications
5.1. We may send marketing communications about Juszt Watches products, launches, availability, offers, events or related services where:
· you have given us consent; or
· the law permits us to contact an existing or prospective customer about our own similar products and we provided an opportunity to opt out when the contact details were collected.
The existing-customer exception is commonly referred to as the “soft opt-in”. It only applies where its legal requirements are met, including providing a clear opt-out when details are collected and in every subsequent marketing message.
5.2. Consent to marketing is optional. Refusing marketing will not prevent you from placing an order or receiving customer service.
5.3. You can stop marketing at any time by:
· selecting the unsubscribe link in an email;
· using any opt-out method included in the message; or
· contacting privacy@jztwatches.com.
5.4. We may retain limited information on a suppression list after an opt-out. This enables us to remember that you do not wish to receive marketing rather than accidentally adding you back to a marketing list.
5.5. Order confirmations, delivery notices, security alerts, warranty communications and responses to customer enquiries are service communications rather than marketing. You may continue to receive these where they are necessary to fulfil an order or manage your relationship with us.
5.6. We will not provide your personal information to an unrelated third party for that third party's own direct marketing without your specific consent.
6. Automated Fraud and Payment Decisions
6.1. Payment providers and fraud-prevention services may use automated systems to assess transactions. These systems can consider information such as:
· transaction value;
· payment history;
· address consistency;
· IP address;
· device information;
· unusual ordering patterns; and
· fraud indicators.
6.2. An automated assessment may result in a transaction being delayed, referred for review or declined.
6.3. Where Juszt Watches makes a decision based solely on automated processing that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and the relevant legal protections apply, you may have the right to:
· request human intervention;
· express your point of view;
· provide additional information; and
· challenge the decision.
6.4. A payment provider may make its own independent decision under its own privacy notice and terms. Requests concerning those independent decisions may need to be directed to the relevant provider.
7. Who We Share Personal Information With
We may share personal information with the following categories of recipient where necessary.
7.1. Wix and website-service providers
Our Site is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix may process Site, account, order, communications and technical information to provide hosting, security, e-commerce, customer-management and other website functions.
Wix describes itself as a data processor for information processed by a Wix site owner about that site's visitors, although Wix may act as an independent controller for certain information it uses for its own purposes.
7.2. Payment providers
We share necessary order and payment information with the payment provider selected at checkout. This may include Wix Payments or another provider made available on the Site.
Payment providers may act as independent controllers and may undertake fraud, identity, sanctions and payment checks under their own privacy notices.
7.3. Delivery and postal providers
We may share your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, order reference and delivery instructions with couriers, postal operators and fulfilment providers so that they can deliver and track your order.

· product suppliers;
· watch manufacturers;

· email delivery;
· customer-service tools;
· live chat;
· data storage;
· website analytics;
· consent management;
· marketing services;
· advertising measurement; and
· security monitoring.
Marketing, analytics and advertising tools involving non-essential tracking will only be activated in accordance with the visitor's cookie choices where consent is required.
7.6. Professional advisers
We may disclose necessary information to:
· accountants;
· auditors;
· insurers;
· banks;
· solicitors;
· tax advisers; and

· another person or organisation with lawful authority to request it.
7.8. Business purchasers and investors
Information may be disclosed under appropriate confidentiality arrangements to a prospective purchaser, investor or adviser in connection with a sale, investment, merger or reorganisation involving Juszt Watches.
7.9. We do not sell personal information for money.
7.10. Where a supplier acts as our processor, we require it to process information only for authorised purposes and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security protections.
8. International Transfers
8.1. Some of our website, payment, technology and delivery providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.
8.2. Where a transfer is subject to UK international-transfer rules, we will use an appropriate legal mechanism. Depending on the destination and recipient, this may include:
· UK adequacy regulations;
· the UK International Data Transfer Agreement;
· the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses;
· binding corporate rules; or
· another lawful safeguard.
8.3. Where required, we will also consider whether the transfer provides a standard of protection that is not materially lower than the protection provided under UK data-protection law.
The ICO updated its international-transfer guidance in January 2026, including its guidance on adequacy, contractual safeguards and transfer assessments.
8.4. You may contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to a particular transfer.
9. How Long We Retain Personal Information

9.3. When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it, subject to the operation of secure backups and legal record-keeping requirements.
10. Security
10.1. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against:

10.4. Where a personal-data breach occurs, we will investigate it and notify the Information Commissioner's Office and affected individuals where the law requires us to do so.
11. Your Data-Protection Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
· access personal information we hold about you;
· correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
· request erasure of information where the legal conditions are met;
· request restriction of processing;
· object to processing based on legitimate interests;
· object at any time to processing for direct marketing;
· receive certain information in a portable format and request that it be transferred to another controller;
· withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
· exercise rights relating to certain significant decisions made solely through automated processing.
11.1. These rights are not absolute. An exemption or another legal reason may sometimes allow or require us to continue using or retaining information.
11.2. To exercise a right, contact privacy@jztwatches.com. Please describe your request clearly and identify the account, order or communication concerned.
11.3. We may request reasonable information to confirm your identity and protect personal information from unauthorised disclosure.
11.4. You will not normally have to pay a fee. A reasonable fee may be charged, or a request may be refused, where permitted by law — for example, where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
11.5. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one calendar month after receiving the request and any information reasonably required to verify identity. The response period may be extended where the request is complex or multiple requests have been made, as permitted by law.
11.6. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
12. Children's Information
12.1. The Site is intended for people who can lawfully enter into a purchase or who are using it with appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian.
12.2. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or provide personal information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
12.3. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information inappropriately should contact privacy@jztwatches.com.
13. Third-Party Websites
13.1. The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by:
· payment providers;
· delivery providers;
· manufacturers;
· social-media platforms; and
· other third parties.
13.2. Those organisations are responsible for their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern information collected directly by an unrelated third-party website.
13.3. You should review the privacy notice of the relevant third party before providing personal information to it.
14. Data-Protection Complaints
14.1. You may complain if you believe that we have not handled your personal information properly.
A complaint may be sent to:
Email: info@jztwatches.com | Subject: Data Protection Complaint
Or by post to: Data Protection, Juszt Watches Ltd, 16 Bath Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 7JW U.K.
14.2. We will:
· acknowledge receipt of a data-protection complaint within 30 days;
· take appropriate steps to investigate it without undue delay;
· make appropriate enquiries;
· keep you informed where the investigation is continuing; and
· notify you of the outcome without undue delay.
These complaint-handling duties have applied to UK organisations since 19 June 2026.
14.3. Please provide:
· your name and contact details;
· a description of the issue;
· relevant order or account details;
· the outcome you are seeking; and
· copies of any relevant correspondence.
Do not send full payment-card details.
14.4. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection. The ICO may ordinarily expect you to raise the matter with us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate it.
The ICO can be contacted by telephone on 0303 123 1113. Its complaints information should be linked from the privacy page or website footer.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
15.1. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

15.2. The latest version will be published on the Site with an updated revision date.
15.3. Where a change is material and we have appropriate contact details, we may also notify affected customers by email or through their account.
Part B
Cookie Policy
Cookies and Similar Technologies
1.1. Cookies are small files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts, local storage and device identifiers.
1.2. We may use the following categories.
Strictly necessary technologies
These are required to:
· operate and secure the Site;
· prevent fraud;
· maintain sessions;
· enable customer accounts;
· remember basket contents;
· process checkout; and
· provide requested website functions.
These technologies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary for a service requested by the user.
Functional technologies
These may remember:
· language or regional preferences;
· display preferences;
· previous choices;
· customer-service settings; and
· optional Site features.
Analytics technologies
These help us understand:
· how many people visit the Site;
· which pages and products are viewed;
· how visitors navigate the Site;
· whether errors occur; and
· how the Site performs.
Advertising and marketing technologies
If enabled, these may be used to:
· measure advertising performance;
· understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or purchase;
· limit repeated advertisements;
· create advertising audiences; and
· provide more relevant advertising.
1.3. We use a cookie-consent mechanism through the Wix platform. We configure the Site so that non-essential cookies and scripts are not enabled until the visitor has made the relevant choice, subject to any limited exception permitted by law.
1.4. Visitors must be able to accept or reject non-essential technologies and change their selection. Continuing to browse the Site, silence, inactivity or logging into an account will not by itself be treated as consent to non-essential cookies. Current ICO guidance requires a clear choice and deliberate action for technologies requiring consent.
1.5. You can change or withdraw your cookie choices by selecting the Cookie Settings link displayed on the Site.
1.6. Blocking strictly necessary cookies through your browser may prevent the Site, account, basket or checkout from functioning correctly.
1.7. The Site's Cookie Settings panel or cookie declaration should identify the current:
· cookie or technology name;
· provider;
· purpose;
· category; and
· duration.
