Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Our commitment
Juszt Watches is committed to making its online shop accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability, device, input method or assistive technology.
We are working to provide a website that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA, as our practical accessibility reference and keep relevant accessibility requirements for online retail services under review.
2. Scope of this statement
This Accessibility Statement applies to the Juszt Watches website and its principal shopping and customer-service functions, including:
browsing and searching for watches;
product category and product-information pages;
customer accounts and account access;
wish lists or saved products, where available;
the shopping basket;
checkout and payment;
order confirmation and order tracking;
contact and customer-support forms;
product reviews, where available; and
legal, privacy, delivery, returns and warranty pages.
Some parts of the website may be supplied or controlled by third parties. These may include payment screens, fraud-prevention services, delivery-tracking services, embedded content, social-media features and other externally hosted services.
We aim to select third-party providers with accessibility in mind and report accessibility problems to them. However, the correction of some issues may depend on the relevant third-party provider.
3. Our accessibility target
Our target is substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the customer-facing parts of our website.
We particularly aim to provide:
keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
clear and visible keyboard focus indicators;
a logical heading and page structure;
descriptive page titles and links;
labels and instructions for forms;
meaningful alternative text for product and other informative images;
sufficient colour contrast;
text that can be resized without loss of information;
responsive layouts for different screen sizes;
predictable and consistent navigation;
compatibility with commonly used screen readers;
captions or text alternatives for important video or audio content, where applicable; and
clear error messages that explain what has gone wrong and how to correct it.
4. Accessibility measures
We aim to incorporate accessibility into the design, development and maintenance of the Juszt Watches website.
Measures used or planned for the website include:
structured headings and page content;
clearly labelled buttons, links and form controls;
keyboard-operable navigation;
visible focus treatment;
descriptive alternative text for meaningful product and brand imagery;
product information presented as text rather than only within images;
responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
clear form instructions and validation messages;
consistent navigation and page layouts; and
clearly structured legal and customer-policy pages.
Important customer journeys—including searching for a watch, reading product information, adding a product to the basket, completing checkout and contacting customer support—will be reviewed for keyboard accessibility, screen-reader labelling, focus order and error recovery.
5. Known limitations
Juszt Watches is a developing online shop, and some parts of the website may not yet meet our intended accessibility standard in every situation.
Areas that may present accessibility challenges include:
complex product filters or sorting controls;
image-heavy product pages;
product photographs for which alternative text needs further improvement;
third-party payment and authentication screens;
delivery-tracking services;
dynamic basket, account or checkout messages;
product-review or live-chat tools;
embedded videos or social-media content; and
older content that may need improved headings, labels or alternative text.
We treat barriers affecting account access, product information, the basket, checkout, payment, order support, returns or important legal information as a high priority.
6. Testing and review
We use, or intend to use, a combination of:
automated accessibility checks;
manual keyboard testing;
screen-reader spot checks;
form and error-message review;
colour-contrast review;
text-resizing and zoom testing;
mobile and responsive-layout review; and
testing of individual website components.
Automated tools can identify some accessibility issues, but they cannot identify every problem. We therefore also review practical customer journeys, such as:
finding and comparing watches;
reading product descriptions and specifications;
selecting product options;
adding an item to the basket;
completing checkout;
accessing order information;
requesting customer support; and
reading delivery, returns, warranty, privacy and other legal information.
7. Accessibility feedback and assistance
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Juszt Watches website.
If you experience an accessibility barrier, please contact us: Email: info@jusztwatches.com
Post: Juszt Watches 16 Bath Road Felixstowe Suffolk IP11 7JW United Kingdom
When contacting us, it is helpful to include:
the address or title of the affected webpage;
what you were trying to do;
a short description of the problem;
the browser and device you were using; and
the assistive technology you were using, where relevant.
Please do not include payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in your message.
If an accessibility problem prevents you from placing an order, accessing order information, requesting a return or completing another important action, please email info@jusztwatches.com. We will try to provide the information or service through a reasonable alternative method while the issue is investigated.
8. How we respond to accessibility reports
We review reported accessibility issues and assess their effect on customers.
Reports may be referred to the person responsible for the website, customer support or the relevant third-party service provider.
For serious barriers affecting important shopping or customer-service functions, we aim to:
acknowledge the report promptly;
investigate the issue;
provide an alternative way to complete the task where reasonably possible; and
explain the action taken or planned.
Lower-priority improvements may be included in routine website maintenance and future accessibility updates.
The time required to resolve an issue may depend on its complexity and whether the affected feature is controlled by Juszt Watches or by a third-party provider.
9. Alternative formats and communication
If you need information from the website in a different format, please contact info@jusztwatches.com.
Depending on the request and the information concerned, we will consider reasonable alternatives such as:
a plain-text email;
a larger-print document;
assistance by email;
a simplified explanation of product or policy information; or
help completing an important customer-service process.
We will consider each request individually and provide reasonable assistance where possible.
10. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is part of our continuing website-quality process rather than a one-time exercise.
As the Juszt Watches website develops, we will review new:
product pages and imagery;
forms;
navigation features;
account functions;
checkout and payment processes;
customer-support tools;
third-party integrations; and
legal and customer-policy content.
We will update this Accessibility Statement when there are material changes to the website, our accessibility approach, known limitations or feedback arrangements.
